Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-05-08 (v1.3 beta) · Invite-only beta service scope.
About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Gazdura, including gazdura.com, Gazdura accounts, invite-only beta features, and related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Lunar Wave LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Gazdura (WA UBI 604-248-430).
By visiting the site, joining the waitlist, creating an account, redeeming an invite, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Gazdura Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gazdura is currently in an invite-only beta. Beta access may be limited, changed, paused, or discontinued while the product is being tested and improved.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create a Gazdura account or use authenticated beta features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
Keep your login credentials, magic links, and session access secure. Gazdura will never ask for your airline password, bank password, credit-card number, CVV, or third-party account credentials. If anyone claiming to represent Gazdura asks for those credentials, do not provide them and contact ops@gazdura.com.
2. What Gazdura does — and does not do
Gazdura helps travelers organize loyalty-program, status, credit-card benefit, certificate, companion-fare, and trip planning information so they can make better decisions about when to use points, perks, certificates, or cash. Gazdura may surface portfolio intelligence, route ideas, fare-class or earning tradeoffs, award-search recommendations, and other decision support based on the information you provide and on reference data available to the Service.
Gazdura is not a travel agency, online travel agent, ticket reseller, travel seller, airline, bank, credit-card issuer, loyalty-program operator, points broker, or financial adviser. Gazdura does not book, ticket, issue, redeem, transfer, sell, or process travel, points, miles, certificates, or credit-card benefits for you.
Gazdura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Alaska Airlines, Atmos Rewards, Oneworld, any airline, hotel, alliance, bank, card issuer, or other loyalty-program operator.
3. Self-reported data and verification
Gazdura relies on information you choose to enter. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and current. Gazdura does not log into, scrape, query, or access your airline, hotel, bank, credit-card, or other third-party accounts on your behalf.
Balances, status levels, fare availability, award space, certificate rules, partner rules, earning rates, upgrade eligibility, and program terms can change without notice. Gazdura recommendations are informational and are not guarantees. Before booking, redeeming, transferring, applying for a card, changing travel plans, or making any purchase, you should verify details directly with the relevant airline, loyalty program, hotel, bank, issuer, or provider.
4. Invite-only beta access
Gazdura may use invite codes, waitlists, access controls, usage limits, feature flags, or manual review to manage beta access. An invite code is personal to the recipient unless Gazdura says otherwise. Gazdura may revoke, expire, or limit beta access to protect the Service, prevent abuse, or manage product testing.
Beta features may be incomplete, experimental, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice. You should not rely on beta outputs as the sole source for travel, financial, tax, or other decisions.
5. Pricing and billing
Gazdura may display private beta pricing previews, founding access options, plan names, or future subscription tiers. Unless a checkout or billing flow clearly states otherwise and you affirmatively provide payment information, those previews are informational only and do not create a paid subscription.
If Gazdura enables paid subscriptions, payment information will be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor; Gazdura will not store card numbers or CVVs. Any paid plan, renewal, cancellation, refund, or trial terms will be presented in the checkout or subscription-management flow before they bind you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the Service in violation of any applicable law.
- Submitting false, fraudulent, automated, or bot-generated waitlist, invite, account, or feedback activity.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, paywalls, feature flags, or access controls.
- Probing, scanning, exploiting, or disrupting Service infrastructure except through a vulnerability-disclosure process Gazdura expressly permits.
- Using robots, scrapers, crawlers, bulk download tools, or automated access except for general-purpose search indexing that respects the Service’s technical controls.
- Copying, scraping, or using the Service to build, benchmark, train, or improve a competing product, model, dataset, or service.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
Gazdura, the Service, and all related software, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, recommendations, and other content are owned by Lunar Wave LLC d/b/a Gazdura or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own travel-planning and portfolio organization purposes.
If you send ideas, bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, you allow Gazdura to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you provide, subject to the rights needed for Gazdura to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
8. Privacy and data
Gazdura handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what Gazdura collects, how it is used, retention windows, sub-processors, and how to contact Gazdura about privacy requests.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazdura disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Gazdura does not guarantee award availability, fare availability, pricing, redemption value, earning rates, elite-status outcomes, upgrade outcomes, program eligibility, travel outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazdura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost travel opportunities, lost award space, fare changes, redemption differences, or third-party program decisions. Gazdura’s total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of one hundred United States dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid to Gazdura in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions; in those places, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Changes, suspension, and termination
Gazdura may update these Terms from time to time. When Gazdura makes material changes, it will update the effective date and provide notice appropriate to the change, such as by posting the updated Terms, emailing account holders, or presenting an in-product notice.
Gazdura may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, misuse beta access, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived are not limited by these Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented in a future checkout or subscription-management flow, are the agreement between you and Gazdura for the Service.
