These terms govern Gazdura's website and waitlist, operated by Lunar Wave LLC doing business as Gazdura. By checking the consent box and submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms and the Waitlist Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.

The waitlist

Joining records your interest. It does not guarantee access, priority, availability, or a particular launch date. Gazdura may change, pause, or close the waitlist at any time.

Provide accurate information that belongs to you. Do not misuse the form, attempt to interfere with the site, or submit another person's address without permission.

Communications

By joining, you allow Gazdura to contact you about waitlist access and important product updates. The current waitlist form does not send a confirmation email. You may opt out at any time by replying or emailing ops@gazdura.com. Details about how information is handled are in the Waitlist Privacy Notice.

Site information

Marketing-site information is general and may change. It is not financial, legal, tax, or travel advice. Verify any airline, loyalty-program, or travel information with the relevant provider before acting on it.

Ownership

The site and its original text, design, names, and graphics are owned by Gazdura or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Gazdura does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Gazdura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Washington law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
